Using the Kovax System
Super Assilex is built for fast, even sanding across primer, basecoat and blending areas. Super Buflex is a softer, finer-finishing range designed to reduce compound time before polishing — typically used a step finer than Super Assilex in the same job.
Most disc products are used with a matching interface pad for even pressure and longer pad life. Check the Accessories section for the correct pad size for your disc diameter.
Tolecut is a dry de nibbing system, designed specifically for spot-repairing dust nibs and runs on a finished topcoat without resanding the whole panel.
They're the same Max Film range at different grit stages — standard Max Film covers coarser prep grits, while Yellow Film covers the finer topcoat grits.
